Sunday Meal Prep

Welcome back to another week of meal prep and recipes! I hope you all had a wonderful week!

This meal prep was both a lot of work and very satisfying. Boyfriend and I decided to splurge and stock up on a few things this payday for me to prep for the freezer, so it was a larger-than-normal amount of cooking.

Here is this week’s meal prep!

Banana and Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal Cups, Sweet Potato Banana Bites and Peanut Butter Banana Oat Muffins. I may have a slight addiction to dark chocolate chips lol

Freezer Breakfast Burritos, Sausage and Egg Muffins (frozen) and one new recipes, Kale and Ham Egg Muffins. The new recipe turned out wonderfully!

My own Cabbage, Sausage and Peppers recipe, included at the bottom. Portions of Buffalo Shredded Chicken and Shredded Balsamic Beef for the freezer. Frozen Chicken Tenders that are a household favorite.

Both of these are Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese using the Shredded Buffalo Chicken for the freezer

Three types of mason jar salads: Both the Tuna Quinoa Cakes and the Balsamic Beef are with balasmic dressing and the Buffalo Chicken is with ranch.

Notes: This is a really flexible recipe. Adjust dressing about based on how much cabbage you use and how saucy you like your foods. Can add various seasonings to taste. My favorites include paprika, red pepper flakes, shallot salt and/or a dash of soy sauce. I’ve also added carrots and celery to this.
