Hey everyone! Welcome to this week’s edition of meal prep! I made pretty basic meals this week, including one of my stand-by favorites: Chicken and Noodles Stew 🙂
This was a pretty fun day for me and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Cinnamon bread, breakfast burritos, 2 different flavors of smoothies to freeze, peanut butter banana oat muffins. This is my first attempt at pre-making smoothies and freezing to enjoy later. I think they turned out great!
Sweet potato banana bites, veggie root bake, leftover shredded buffalo chicken, chicken and noodles stew, and chopped veggies for tuna melts. Lately we have been using the leftover shredded chicken in sandwich melts inspired by the tuna melts and they are absolutely delicious! Let me know if you are interested in me posting a recipe!
Salads! Probably close to my favorite thing about meal prep is having these tasty salads every day for my lunch 🙂 I really love salads, but hate boring salads. These save me from boring salads! If you enjoy salads but haven’t tried making them in jars yet, you really should give it a shot.
