Welcome back for another week of meal prep ideas and recipes! I took a break from meal prep last week, which felt kinda weird. The BF and I took some time off of work to celebrate our anniversary, so I decided to forgo meal prep for just daily cooking.
But I’m back! 🙂 So without further delay, here is all the delicious food!
Breakfast:
12 Breakfast Burritos, made with Italian Turkey Sausage, frozen – These are quite possibly my BF’s new favorite breakfast. When I asked if he wanted anything in particular on the upcoming menu, these were the only request!
12 Sausage and Egg Muffins, frozen
Lunches and Dinners:
Slow Cooker Shredded Buffalo Chicken – This pic does not do this justice! New recipe for me and was fantastic!
Tuna Quinoa Cakes – a staple in our house! 🙂 So tasty!
Mason Jar Salads- 6 with the Buffalo Shredded Chicken and 6 with half of a Tuna Quinoa Cake
Spicy Tuna Melts – Quick to make and was perfect for dinner after all of the meal prepping!
Snacks:
Peanut Butter Banana Oat Muffins – quickly become a staple in our house
Sweet Potato Banana Bites – one of my absolute favs! I literally eat a few of these almost every day 🙂
Other (not pictured):
- Cut veggies for snacking
- Measured cut veggies for two upcoming meals
- Prepped and frozen Buffalo Chicken Mac ‘n Cheese – also made with the Shredded Buffalo Chicken
- Freezer Chicken Strips
- Hardboiled Eggs
I hope this gives you some ideas and a few new recipes to try! What is everyone else cooking?
