Hey everyone! Welcome to another installment of my weekly meal prep. I am very excited to say that unlike last week, this week was much better and more fun for me! I don’t know what was going on with me last week, but I’m glad it’s over!
This week was pretty fun for me, including one of my favorite stews 🙂 I know that it’s a bit warm out for a heavier stew, but I saw it when I was deciding on the menu for this week and it just sounded too tasty to pass up. Check out the recipe at the bottom of the post!
So without further ado, on to this week’s meal prep. Enjoy!
I’m sure that no one is surprised to see peanut butter banana oat muffins, sweet potato banana bites and cinnamon bread 🙂 They are definitely our household staples.
I know these are yet again a picture from a few weeks ago. I forgot to photograph the salads again. I promise next week I will have new photos, along with a surprise!
Spicy Winter’s Stew (Yes, I know it’s not winter :-P), Sloppy Joe Mac & Cheese, and the rest of the Shredded Buffalo Chicken from the salads. Don’t get intimidated by the larger amount of ingredients in these recipes! The recipes themselves are pretty easy.
